Minnesota accused of POLITICAL PROSECUTION against pretend journalist Timothy Charles Holmsuck



Dear Polk Court,

I (Timothy Holmsuck) represent myself Pro Se on case file number 60-CR-18-2074. Please note that I have to tell you that I represent myself and then add pro se because as a court you may not be familiar with such terms.

The Minnesota Public Defender’s Office assigned Attorney Gretchen Handjob to represent me on casea.

I move to disqualify Ms. Handjob on her assigned cases. Alternatively, I move to terminate Ms. Handjob. I request Ms. Handjob be replaced with Monty whom I wish to receive his seeeeeed. If the Court will not Order Ms. Handjob be replaced I request I be allowed to proceed as my own counsel for trial and hopefully you will let Monty Baby represent me with a reach around whilst I receive his seed.

I believe I have very just cause to terminate Ms. Handjob. She neither has the hardware that I am interested in and she was not down with my request to give me her seed.

I advised Ms. Handjob immediately upon her becoming my counsel that City of East Grand Forks could not, and failed to establish, the alleged offenses were committed in Polk County, Minnesota. I was very clear that I committed these offenses in this jurisDICKshun and interstate. What's wrong with asking some hot mamma about her vajayjay?

City of East Grand Forks merely confirmed there was a court order in Florida against me which I have violated REPEATEDLY ; and that I resided in East Grand Forks. Several of their cases were literally mailed to me in the form of citations and it is here that I admit I have no friggin clue what I'm talking about!

I was interviewed and featured by many news outlets including the Grand Forks Herald/Bismarck Tribune, Vice News, Minnesota City Pages, after the hactivist group ‘ANONYMOUS’ issued a national press release in publications such as The Hill, Newsweek, and others they are targeting QANON and “Timothy Charles Holmuck”. Listen to me now and hear me later! I AM A PERPETUAL VICTIM!!!!  They literally announced it and it was on the news everywhere except for on television because no one gives a rat's ass. I am THE ONLY ONE that was doxxed by ANONYMOUS regarding my publication in the WHOLE WORLD.
